We also stand by our products long after that initial 30-day window. Should any of our products prove defective in material or construction within the first year of ownership, we always offer a replacement free of
charge. This does not cover general common wear and tear, as our products are intended to be used and, in some cases, a little bit abused. So consider any blemished the marks of a life well-lived.

When using any items requiring a flame – whether candles or pipes – always exercise precaution. Keep any flaming or smoking things free and
clear of flammable things, including paper products, old curtains, bowls of gasoline or gaseous house guests.
