Okay… so it really didn't work? We're bummed to see you go. To return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery of your items to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
